Since the stresses of early business have dissipated, they have been left with a sense of confusion indicative of a lack of the aligned, defined and focused strategy essential for growth and direction.
It was important to first bring together the fragments that were already proven to work. Being a small team, they had naturally developed strong shared values of quality, approachability and challenge-acceptance.
