Having already traded for some years, B1 had established a patchwork strategy by way of trial and error while fighting for survival in a crowded market. Since the stresses of early business have dissipated, they have been left with a sense of confusion indicative of a lack of the aligned, defined and focused strategy essential for growth and direction.


It was important to first bring together the fragments that were already proven to work. Being a small team, they had naturally developed strong shared values of quality, approachability and challenge-acceptance. While clients could see this in their work, we wanted to build B1 a brand that demonstrated these values with intention, long before the delivery of services.
