B1's existing brand lacked alignment and direction, with decisions having been made with the goal of survival early on in a competitive market. Its identity stood as a patchwork of free mobile design apps and AI tools and came to be through trial and error.


After making a name for itself locally and experiencing substantial growth, it was time to establish a unique and well-positioned strategy and identity that better reflected the craftsmanship and passion behind the business.
